2. Course Refund Terms

7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of course enrollment. If you are not satisfied with your course within the first 7 days and have completed less than 20% of the course content, you may request a full refund.

Partial Refunds

After the 7-day period, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for the following situations:

• Technical issues preventing course access that cannot be resolved
• Medical emergencies supported by appropriate documentation
• Course cancellation by EventsMastery India

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Completed courses (more than 80% progress)
• Downloaded course materials or certificates
